Terms of Service

These terms cover the use of vardhasolutions.com and describe the general basis on which Vardha Solutions LLC (“Vardha”, “we”, “us”) provides its services. Each engagement is governed by a written proposal or agreement; where that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement prevails.

1. Advisory services only

Vardha acts strictly as a strategic and technical advisor. Our work includes architecture reviews, security and performance audits, specifications and oversight. We do not write, deploy or operate production code. Final engineering implementation, code deployment and visual or no-code assembly remain the client's responsibility, whether carried out by the client, its freelancers, its agencies or its AI tools.

2. Client responsibilities and sign-off

The client is responsible for acting on our recommendations, for carrying out user-acceptance testing and for approving each deployment. Our reports and checklists identify risks and fixes; they do not guarantee that an application is free of bugs, vulnerabilities or downtime.

3. Third-party platforms

Client applications depend on third-party services such as Bubble, FlutterFlow, OpenAI, AWS, Google Cloud, Stripe and others. Vardha is not responsible for outages, security incidents, pricing or billing changes, or breaking API changes caused by those providers.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vardha's total liability arising out of or relating to any engagement is limited to the fees the client paid to Vardha in the two (2) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Vardha is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or lost-profit damages.

5. Fees and scope

Prices shown on the website are indicative ranges. Final scope, deliverables, fees and payment terms are confirmed in writing before work begins. Retainers renew monthly unless cancelled as set out in the engagement agreement.

6. Confidentiality

We treat information you share about your product, code and systems as confidential and use it only to deliver our services. Where required, we're happy to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
