Vardha Solutions LLC (“Vardha”, “we”, “us”) runs vardhasolutions.com. This policy explains what information we handle when you visit the site or contact us, and why. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we don't collect
The website sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising trackers, has no forms and no user accounts. Fonts and scripts are served from our own domain, so your visit doesn't send data to third-party font or analytics services.
Information processed when you visit
The site is hosted and protected by Cloudflare, Inc. To deliver pages and defend against attacks, Cloudflare processes standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This data is handled under Cloudflare's privacy policy; we use only aggregated traffic and security statistics.
Information you send us
When you email [email protected] — including through the site's “Book” buttons — your message is forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to a mailbox hosted by Google. We receive whatever you choose to include, typically your name, email address, company and details about your product. If you book through a third-party scheduling tool, that provider's privacy policy also applies to the details you enter there.
How we use it
- To reply to you, schedule calls and assess whether our services fit.
- To deliver and manage an engagement you enter into with us.
- To meet legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations.
We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't use it for advertising. Anything you share about your product or systems during a scan or engagement is treated as confidential.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the length of the engagement plus any period required by law. You can ask us to delete it at any time, subject to those legal obligations.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; we honor those requests.
Security
The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS with strict security headers. We restrict access to correspondence to the people who need it.

If we change this policy we'll update the date above. Material changes will be noted on this page.
